General Rules:
EivaaGames reserves the right to remove your account access at any time for any reason, if any of the following persist.
1. Posting of pornography, sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive; excessive obscene or vulgar language; posts which discuss or illustrate illegal activity; links to sites that contain any of the same.
2. No links whatsoever to illegal sites/files - This includes warez links!
3. Do not post anything that is rude/harassing.
New forum members are encouraged to use, but not restricted to, the Newcomer's Forum. The Newcomer's Forum is specifically designed to provide a platform for those who are new to the EivaaGames community to ask questions and learn more about the game. Regular forum users are encouraged to be helpful and courteous in their responses.
Image and Other Content Posting Rules:
1. Implied violence, racism or avocation against any individuals/groups/organizations
2. Hacking/cracking content
3. References to illicit drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
4. Pornography, profanity or inappropriate content
5. Gambling or casino-related content
6. Excessive advertising
7. Content that promotes illegal activity
8. Content that infringes on or promotes infringement upon the legal rights of others
9. Incentives (monetary or point-based) to users or third-party beneficiaries for online activity including but not limited to: clicking on ads or links, performing searches, surfing websites, reading emails or completing surveys
10. Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, brass knuckles, and similar items
11. Sales or promotion of alcoholic beverages
12. Sales or promotion of tobacco or related products
13. Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
14. Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods, or any infringement of copyrights or trademarks
If you believe that any content on the site infringes on your copyright, send us a copyright notice and we will take immediate action.
If someone repeatedly uploads content that violates our rules, their account will be banned.
Avatar / User Picture Rules:
1. No offensive images or language.
2. Image size should be 85 x 85 px.
3. The Image and Other Content Posting Rules applies to this also.
User Contact and E-mail Rules
The following is not allowed:
1. Using the user contact system or e-mail form to harass or threaten other EivaaGames members.
2. Sending spam, commercial announcements via the e-mail or user contact system.
3. Sending unsolicited links to pornographic or other inappropriate content.
4. Links to outside files.
5. Selling anything.
